"I was THAT close!" - Latrine (the witch) from Robin Hood, Men in Tights.

"Oh Robin, I'm so heppy!" (said breathlessly) - Maid Marion - from RHMIT (I DO like that film!

" The opening fusillade from the battle of Austerlitz." from Le Petomiane. Gross. But apt in a household that loves beans and Jerusalems. - Too much information.

"Assimilate that!" Worf from one of the Star Trek films.

"By Grabthar's Hammer, you SHALL be avenged!" Galaxy Quest.

I guess this has given away my grotesque taste in films. And the fact that I don't do subtle.

"She turned me into a newt! ....... I got better" - Monty Python

"Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries" - Monty Python

"Zoltan!" - Dude, Where's My Car

"Shake ... and bake!" - Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby

      "I ATE a baby" - Austin Powers

Mr OWG quotes a lot from Top Gun and Days of Thunder and I use Austin Powers and Star Trek films quite a lot...

Think I would have liked to be in one of the Austin Powers films, or failing that, Charlie's Angels

Unfortunatly after losing a load of work I'd done on a crashing computer about a year ago I did par-phrase the bit in Love Actually when the guy singing 'Christmas is all around' keeps getting the words wrong and comes out with a long string of expletives. Things was, at the time I was the only girl in a very laddish team so it was met by a round of applause and loads of cheering!

This is also the film I would have like to have starred in, especially in the scene kissing Hugh Grant.......

I don't really quote them ,just tend to think them.'Beam me up Scotty!' when I've had enough of something & 'Engage!' when we set off in the car! One of my favourite films is 'Heat', also 'Dog Day Afternoon', I love Al Pacino.I'd like to star in anything with Al Pacino, George Clooney, Jonny Depp or numerous other hunky, funny, intelligent actors in but get the feeling that George Clooney would make life hell with his practical jokes.

True romance....Its better to have a gun and not need it,than to need a gun and not have it.....can be applied to any purchase that may seem frivolous. Also " Because him, him and you....your half eggplant"....don't get to use that much tho

Dunno why, but 'you're only supposed to blow the bloody doors off' always gets a giggle in my home neighbourhood, me - 'I'm home honey' is oft repeated when the door opens .... various from old Star Trekky days, and from Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves (cancel christmas et al). Hmm, putting them to print suddenly starts to sound a bit ghoulish!!

To star in ... hmmm ... something like Lord of the Rings so I can dress up and have a good ole run around, lots of fun! Definitely NOT a romance!
Life may not be the party we hoped for but since we're here we might as well dance

Most lines from Blazing Saddles get quoted in our house - in fact, if it's on, my OH and me take different parts and recite the entire film - my god we're sad! lol

"Do or do not, there is no try" and "excitement? adventure? A Jedi craves not these things" from Return of the Jedi is probably the next two

I wish I'd been in any Kevin Smith films - Dogma, Mallrats, Jay and Silent Bob strike back et al
