Growtubs?

Has anyone ever used these, are they any good? Was thinking of getting a couple for growing tomato's

Never used them myself, but my first thought looking at them was 'ouch' for the price factor! The idea seems sound, but £23 for 3 tubs??!!
£stretcher/Instore do large patio tubs every year for about £3 each, they have raised holes in the bottom (does that make sense?!) just the right size to stick bamboo canes in, and I've had good success with outdoor tomtoes in those. I cover the surface of the compost with gravel, cardboard or plastic and half bury a plastic bottle for watering, works fine, so long as blight stays away!
