No snow in sunny Edmonton, but there was a biting wind. Wow did it hurt when you were in it!

Still not sure where Kenley is. Bitterly cold here today (the actual temperature recorded was higher than yesterday), but it's been grey damp and very windy. I saw on the BBC news site that they were predicting snow for some areas.

You are in a Valley in Coulsdon, Kenley like Biggin are on the tops of hills. Biggin is 1000 above sea level I think Kenley is about 800.

If it snows on you shout cos I will be next.

Kenley is south of Croydon, approximatly the junction of the A23 and A22, to the south of the A22 and extending along it most of the way to the M25.

Most of Coulsdon is in the valley, yes - but not where we are! We are on the crest of the hill next to Woodcote School, near the 20mph speed trap on Woodcote Grove Road if you know that.

Grey and damp here, but nothing that could be called cold. Would definately need a cardigan to go out, but that's about it. Well it is the frozen north.

Up here in North Wales, we went for a long walk at Loggerheads with the Terriers. Fantastic walk and the weather was fine for walking but as darkness fell, so did the sleet and snow. Now it's 'orrible outside and I've just come in from feeding and bedding the animals for the night. Hot toddy time!

                              One can hope!

I'd love a long hate winter - even if it does cause some problems.
