LMAO. Croatia cheered me up no end sbp Still doesn't detract from shocking display by the Spaniard and his assistants on Saturday, but I would have been absolutely gutted if England had got through after their displays throughout the qualifying section.
Never mind, at least one of your Derby boys scored for Scotland B last night.

I was well pleased for Stevie, he's a cracking striker and he's had a real tough time in the Prem (as has the team) - I thought he could have done a job for the full squad to be honest.

There are a few of the B team not too far from the step up and the World Cup campaign should see a few of them being established by 2010.

Stevie don't rely on pace but he'll be a tad old(ish) by 2010! Could help you qualify though.

That's all we need him to do - a few of the current squad can play a part in getting us there but have no chance of being there come the actual tournament - big Davie Weir would top that list me thinks.

At least Scots players actually try at internationals.
English players turn up. Full stop. And leave what footballing brains they may have behind. .....they keep their inflated egos tho.

I can't understand why fans pay money to watch millionaires at play...Shows the fans have as many brains as the footballers have ability. :-)

hopefully we might get a manager now that has a pair. they might even have a bit of common sense and drop Lampard permanently. most overrated player in the team, yet again when him and Gerrard play together the midfield is disorganised, even bordering on inept. they have got a year till the next competetive game, what price on them leaving it till the last minute again and rushing the decision, mind you, the amount of managers running a country mile from being associated with the job, i wouldn't be surprised if they gave it to someone who has never even managed a sunday pub team.
