    Hi Sindy, I missed most of that one as my Mum rang, however I'm thinking of buying the book its on offer in waterstones at the mo for £12.50 so if you don't get it in the mean time i'll post it for you when I get the book!

      Hi Sindy - I think the programme is repeated at 1.25am (middle of the night!)on Thursday on BBC1. Can you record it? Let me know if you can't and I'll do it for you then post the recipe on here .....
      Life may not be the party we hoped for but since we're here we might as well dance

        mix about 1 litre of vanilla ice cream with 1 packet of crushed bourbons, 1 crunchie bar and 1/2 packet of chocolate chips/similar and (optional) handful of honey roasted peanuts

        Pour into clingfilm-lined tin and bung in the freezer

        Butterscotch sauce - melt good size chunk of unsalted butter with caster and muscovado sugar - add cream and vanilla essence when sugar melted - leave to cool until gloopy

        Et voila!

        For the other cake she made......

        crumble one shop-bought sponge into large chunks and drizzle 1 sherry glass full of ginger wine over

        crumble second sponge on top and drizzle another glass of ginger wine

        lightly whip double cream with icing sugar and 2 passionfruits

        pour cream over sponges, top with 3 passionfruits

        bung in freezer :-)

        Nigella = food porn lol

                My old man doesn't like her at all!! Is he normal!!?
                She has shown some cracking recipes on this series, but she's a bit smug for me. Would love her pantry though.

                    She's alright, I prefer Rachel Allen myself (who Lady HW can't stand). I find Nigella a bit too "obvious". I'm sure she looks different when she's not trussed up to rafters in a corset (which she clearly wears for the programme).

                        Guess what Mrs Beefy's getting for Christmas.

                            You'd be putty in her hands wouldn't you Zebedee? Put your head between your knees (YOURS, NOT HERS!!!) - take a few deep breaths. Have a cold bath!
