I'm a vegetable stew- with onions, potatoes, jerusalem artichokes, root parsley and carrots, lots of good stock and split pea powder
    Always different, but also delicious
    or maybe an oreo

A sloe berry. Rather hard and bitter but not too bad if soaked in alcohol!

Ha, Seahorse! That reminds me of my late Dad. Do you remember the Guiness adverts? (Think it was Guiness anyway) They used to say it was "Strong and dark, with a touch of bitterness." My Ma used to say "Just like your Dad!"

I don't remember that one Flum (I wasn't allowed to watch ITV as a child!) but it sounds very apt.

The river Trent is lovely, I know because I have walked on it for 18 years.

I don't know what it says but I crave and eat tuna and watercress sandwiches regularly. (Haven't been pregnant for seven years and won't be again.) It's one of my all time favourite wek day lunches. Maybe it's great brain food?!?!
