Used to work in theatres at the maternity unit here. Had dads-to-be sobbing all the time. Was never supplied with any tissues though so used to have to mop them down with one of those little disposable J-cloth type hats. Worst bit was, as they left for the wards, they'd always hand it me back
Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.

I take my socks off as soon as I get in the door. Flip flops as much as I can, I'd wear them to work if I could. I hate socks!

THE best bit is when I get notified by the Ozzie government bods that they have granted a visa for Mr soandso. I then have to call my client (Mr soandso) and deliver the most excellent news.

Many times I have had men crying (thankfully, with happiness) on the phone to me - I sooo love it.

Yesterday I made a lady cry and I'm about to call another

My student visa was granted for Australia on Monday. Yay. I didn't cry, nearly did paying for the medicals though. I think I may very well cry when we exchange on our house though. It is all resting on that.

Re Physio's, soz Nicos but I hate all the ones I ever met. Had sciatica & joint probs since I was 16, and took til I was 32 to find out I have HMS. None of the many physios ever spotted it, and lots of the conventional therapies/exercises actually make things worse. I have a great book now ( Amazon.co.uk: Hypermobility Syndrome: Diagnosis and Management for Physiotherapists: Books: Grahame Keer,Rosemary Keer,Rodney Grahame), and work out my own probs these days, so they don't make me cry anymore!
