    Whoopy-do! Just got my Heritage Seed Library catalogue - off for a bit of seed choosing . I may be gone some time!

    That puts paid to the cleaning I was going to do this morning - again!
    Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.

        Thanks for bringing that to my attention. I'd not seen the Heritage Seed site before. I've bookmarked it so that I can have a good look when I've got plenty of spare time (I wish)

            I haven't got mine either! There was some sort of postal black hole that swallowed my joining pack, so maybe I'll give them a ring if it doesn't show up soon.

                I'm being a bit previous, given that I haven't made my own choices (or been sent whats left!) yet but like we mentioned before, if there are a decent amount of seeds in each pack, I'll be very happy to do swaps etc.

                    In better news though, I did get 27 recent back issues of Garden Organic for just 99p this week (reasonable postage too!)

                      Rats, rats and double rats, where's mine got to then?

                      Really looking forward to this year's catalogue because I'm going to get all of one type of veg - probably French beans - to try to experiment with them, may even use some to breed a new type of bean with understands both English and French so that you can nurture and curse them in two languages.

                      And in addition, starting next year I'll be a proper Seed Guardian for the first time, brilliant.

                        Have spent half the afternoon marking up the catalogue as to which varities I would like. I'm up to 18 already and haven't started on the tomatoes yet!

                        ...and how EXACTLY do you decide on just six.....?

                              Not sure yet Flummers old fruity, the catalogue doesn't arrive from HSL until March for that bit of the project.
