    I love Marmite, does anyone else have one of those Lunchboxes with the toast stencils inside ?

    It was a freebie earlier in the year got it by sending in 2 tokens.
    Location....East Midlands.

        i think it is Vitamin B6 that the mossies don't like, although it has not been scientifically proved. Marmite has loads on B vitamins in it. I took Vit B6 and B12 supplements on holiday once and got eaten alive

          A Cornish favourite was:
          Peanut butter, banana and honey toasted sarnie with clotted cream I kid you not.....

          This was in a lovely little place called Thin End in St. Austell - anyone ever been there, tried it?

          ....and Shirl, there wasn't a spot of marmite on it anywhere

            OMG! The Thin End - favourite college hangout or The General Wolfe on the corner for something a bit more alcoholic depending on how much money. oh the memories

              I think that only works in you use it like sun tan lotion! The good point you go a lovely shade of brown!
