We didn't in the end (shhh). We opted for a takeaway and a night in

Waitrose at the weekend for "the" Christmas shop. It's going to hurt I can tell!

On our Silver Wedding we had take-away fish and chips at home (and mushy peas and champagne!). We know how to live! (One day we're going to start!)

Running in cold weather in mornings is enlivened by the sound of frozen bits falling off

Slept through my alarm this morning, so was running too late to even CARE how cold it was!!
Freezing fog come down now though, so once he's gone to work, its hot bath and bed for me! (work again tomorrow, don't want to be late again!)
