we got snow today - started in the morning and then stopped quite soon after, then we got some more later on - been stopping and starting all day. Mostly all melted now - I'm hoping it will snow overnight though!

No snow here either though OH is hopeful for snow overnight. That means he can 'attempt' to get into work (i.e.open the curtains, go 'oh look, snow' and then go back to bed )

Yesterday the ground was completely white. Real snow! It continued to fall during the day but has gone overnight. Still perishing though!

Either passed us by or was so windy it couldn't get a grip on the ground. Unbelievably cold still though.

Nothing here - just b****y cold! Saw four flakes yesterday afternoon, does that count?!

Well, ours is all gone, except on the hilltops. That's probably it for this year!

Think the weather forecasters were predicting another 'cold snap' at end of Jan/start Feb?
