  • Be careful when handling chillies

Had a few fresh chillies with my lunch (smoked mackerel, onion chutney and salad sandwich). Anyway, just finished and you know when you get one of those itches just inside your nose...

Well, suffice to say, I'm now looking at a rather blurry screen!

It works better than Olbas Oil too!

Practise makes us a little better, it doesn't make us perfect.

    What would Vedder do?

Be careful if you go to the loo Wayne - no joking that chili residue takes ages to wash off!!

        What a doofus I am!

The litre of water I've drunk this morning, plus the few cups of tea (ginger, lemongrass and gotu kola - thoroughly recommended by the way) aren't going to help matters...

Uhoh!! Better see if someone's got a pair of tweezers, or you'll have to go hands free!!!!!

            Tweezers!? I should hope not!

Don't know that I needed these pictures in my head though...
I was feeling part of the scenery
I walked right out of the machinery
My heart going boom boom boom
"Hey" he said "Grab your things
I've come to take you home."

Think you would be safest to do it girl-style Wayne (sitting down). Might save considerable discomfort!!

I was gonna say! Likely to be painful enough with chilli residue, let alone using tweezers!!

The tea I bought from these people: Pukka Herbs organic Ayurvedic herbal teas and remedies. - Pukka Herbs, it's quite expensive, but I only have a couple of cups a day. Clarity is the one I'm drinking at the moment.

If I'm feeling particularly flush and I fancy a treat, the chilli tea from these people: teapigs | fine green white black and organic herbal teas is really nice, but it's very pricey.

The teas look great, spice world is good for loose leaf, the hibiscus is lush, so is the elderflower - very warming.

Like the site - I've added it to my fave list, I'll have a proper look at home. Rooibos looks very reasonable. I use tea bags at work, it's just easier, but have a proper pot at home so might give them a go, thanks.
