I'll do a better one if it's adopted as the MOM avatar, I just knocked that one up whilst I was on the phone to someone trying to sell advertising. Great idea though piskie!

Always makes me laugh when they start the conversation "Don't worry, I'm not selling anything" I almost always reply "Don't worry, I'm not buying anything"

                        Ha! Must use that!

I don't start the conversation with that, because I am! Why on earth else would I be calling someone I'd never heard of, at my expense, and probably wouldn't like much anyway?

Hahahahahaha, good point Haze! I did a year or so of telesales before I got married, I was rubbish at it though - spent most of the calls sympathising with the people I'd rung up about how many sales calls they had to put up with

Fortunately I don't have much of that to do - and my calls are business to business anyway - but cold calling is not one of my favourite tasks!

I get oodles of calls in tho' - normally telephone companies (landline and mobile), franking machine companies, and watercooler companies.

Ain't that the way of it and as I manage a few businesses I tend to get it three or four of five fold

I have a phone I like thank you
                              I use SmartStamp thank you
