  • More Wilko goodies! Inc Pink Fir Apple spuds

Our Wilko is really cranking up the garden stuff! This morning they had seed potatoes, including some more unusual stuff like PFA. Also fruit bushes from £1 - £5. Plus asparagus, horseradish, artichokes etc.

I got some £1 rasps and red currants and a 'patio pear' for £4.99. I know they may not come to much but definitely worth a punt for me
I was feeling part of the scenery
I walked right out of the machinery
My heart going boom boom boom
"Hey" he said "Grab your things
I've come to take you home."

LOL! Yeah right, top up the volume, top up the volume! Let go get 'em! Money's not too tight to mention...that is if you're getting 'em from Wilko.

I gave in & bought some 'Anya' seed potatoes & the 'Fruit Salad' seed kit from Wilkinson's & a small cranberry bush from Woolies! Managed to resist the lovely £10 wellies in Wilko's as they were too similar to mine Lidl Rose printed ones (B&Q also advertising £10 funky wellies for anyone still looking) & couldn't find a mushroom kit which I wanted so I'll just have to go back again sometime!

What branch in East Midlands was that? Does anyone know if there's anything good in the Leicester city centre branch? And sadly, we have no woolies anymore

I have not been in the Leicester City branch for years, price of parking is a farce.

I have been frequenting the Beaumont Leys store, its a big shop with free parking right outside.

I intend to visit the Syston store soon.
