I have concluded that SBP might be slightly older than I'd assumed (or just has better taste than me ), SarzWix is probably younger than me, there's just no accounting for Bubblewrap and Shirl has a fab music selection!

In a minute I'll get all maudlin and start asking for Joy Division and Love Will Tear Us Apart
My D.O.B. is there on my profile

You could have "Let's Dance to Joy Division" by The Wombats, which isn't quite so maudlin?!

    Let's dance to Joy Division,
    And celebrate the irony,
    Everything is going wrong,
    But we're so happy,
    Let's dance to joy division,
And raise our glass to the ceiling,
'Cos this could all go so wrong,
    But we're just so happy,
    Yeah we're so happy.

My personal musical taste is quite diverse to say the least - I was a dancer until I was 19 (ballet, tap, jazz, you name it) and therefore like many different musical styles. For housework, I love Meatloaf - Bat out of Hell - LOUD, which would not count as taste for many. I enjoy soft rock, swing, blues, some jazz, a bit of punk and just about anything else thrown in for good measure. Love that Joy Division track too.
A juke box business sounds good! Hopefully that would mean Madmax could be at home more too?

Cheek! Well you're actually, as I'd thought, 'about my age' (40) but your big brother has obviously cranked up your 'musical age'!
I was feeling part of the scenery
I walked right out of the machinery
My heart going boom boom boom
"Hey" he said "Grab your things
I've come to take you home."

Can't see it taking off to that extent round here but can always hope!

Thanks Scarey - I am having a great time - hope everyone else is enjoying it.

Just had a phonecall from Madmax, he just left Momol and Mr Momol's house and asked me to tell you all they are the most lovely people. I think it is funny that my non-gardening (well, more or less) hubby has met a grape before I did!
