Book: The Complete Vegetable Gardener

Readers Digest Book : A Practical Guide to Growing Fresh and Delicious Vegetables - has anyone got a copy and would they recomend it?

I've always though Readers Digest were quite good (but I've never owned any books saying that) but I din't want to buy another book that isn't as comprehensive as I thought it may be.. I've just sorted out all the gardening books I didn't want, that I'd bought and didn't live up to my expectations...

I have not got it, but can reccomend 2 books as prety much all you'll need:

Growing your own Vegetables - Joy Larkcom
The Vegetable Expert - Dr Hessayon

You may well allready have these books. I got loads for xmas and have found those 2 to be the only ones I now refer to. All the others are great eye candy but not much else.
