i ordered staging from harrod horticultural at the end of march.my order confirmation said it would be sent out within 10 working days. 3 weeks later and nothing so i phoned them to find that my order number related to someone elses order and they didnt know anything about mine. they said they would sort it out and get back to me. again, nothing so i rang again to be told that my order had been sorted but they now didnt have the parts although no one had bothered to phone me. i was told someone would ring me back that day and tell me what was happening. again NOTHING so i rang back the next day and was told my staging had been sent out and should arrive that day. needless to say it didnt but it did finally arrive the day after. today i get it all out to put it together and there are loads of parts missing! i am livid and so annoyed that its a friday eve as i want to scream at them!!! sorry about that. had to get it off my chest. please think about the poor person who is going to get my call tomorrow.

Sorry you've had a bad experience. I've never used the company myself and others may swear by it being a good company, but something like that can really taint your image of them now can't it?

Not what you needed on a friday when you had a weekend ahead of you to to now stew about it
