Who woke up to snow?

They keep forecasting it for here, but we haven't seen it yet. Bit frosty this morning and now absolutely glorious and sunny, though doubtless it'll be a bit nippy again later.

It snowed most the night was lovely to see it coming down, and I had to drive home in it this morning it took me 20 mins longer to get home than normal, I’ve just got up and still some snow on the ground but not much left of it now, think it could have been a nice bright sunny day here but I slept through it.
Really cold out now so think it could be a frost night

Well for those who didn't get any snow heres three pics of the M6 and surrounding areas around 9.30 - 10.00 this morning







Then about 20 mins later as I was stopped at Tebay (Westmoorland) Services I watched a woman walking two dogs up the grass and straight into the duckpond. It had frozen over and to be fair the workers were trying to put some red tape round it but they were just not quick enough.The water was only about 2 foot deep and everyone got out safely .

Nope, nothing here - just a light dusting of frost this morning. THose photos made me feel cold all over again though beefy!
