Anyone else having DT Brown issues?

From what I can gather potato suppliers only start sending potatoes out in January, and as has been said not when frosty. They deal with orders in sequence. I for example ordered mine in October and they arrived first ( or poss second week in January) They are sending out orders but there are probably a lot of orders before yours comes up if, you only ordered them 4 or 5 weeks ago. However what that doesn't excuse is being fobbed off.
