    Thank you very much for that!

    Richard spent literally Hours yesterday and this morning doing his best with three languages and an online translator and got me the recipe (which I could guess) and the method in the green bit - some of it came out quite....... interesting! [See above]

    So I hope I have enough to puzzle out how to make the sweets by using methods describes in the American (corn syrup) recipes.

    I'm looking forward to the rest in English though!

    Thank you all very much for the hard work - would you like me to send you some of the sweets (assuming there are any spare after Hazel's School Project) after we have made them? Do you have a favourite flavour - we have strawberry, apple, eucalyptus, licorice and peppermint.
