i've got 5000 pots in the shed if anyone wants them - they're hard plastic, most about 5 inch (1 litre?) i think, in pretty colours like red/green/white/yellow - could do with a wash

Our Freecycle is great, but maybe I'm lucky to live in the 'County' rather than city?

People do ask for/offer the most useful things, including a laptop, washing machines (working), kitchen cupboards, even a car! We've had a lot of useful stuff and given things. Someone this week was asking for strawberry runners, another offered a greenhouse recently.

It seems to work and you do meet nice people, much better than trying to flog stuff or take to recycling.
