If you want truly up to date maps, have a look here: Flash Earth ...satellite and aerial imagery of the Earth in Flash Look at the NASA ones - can't zoom in very far, and you need good weather to see anything at all.
I wasn't suggesting that any map site was the ideal solution, it was just an idea that needs some refining and an expert touch, maybe to be a feature of the forum as marialittlebzz suggested.
Bit of fun though either way.Imagination is everything, it is a preview of what is to become.

Thanks for the newer links HW, it's amazing to see so clearly! I'll have to stick with the Google Map though, as I really can't figure the other one out.
Anyway, I can see where you all are, and get an idea of your plots, etc. It's more than I could do last week, and I think it's great. Hope it can be pinned somewhere prominent like marialittlebzz suggested
