I tell you.... you're all so, so brilliant at computers, you have probably completely no idea just how MUCH I struggle to get to grips with it all?

My brain has always erred on the side of creative pursuits, and Trousers has just completely pulled the rug from under my feet now with changing over from one provider now to another, just as I had got comfortable with the first one.

Now, I do wholeheartedly understand WHY, and I'm so hugely in awre of his talent, because he's just spent the best part of three hours on the phone with the new t'internet provider, setting it all up.....

But now I've got a completely different screen, I don't know where the 'refresh' symbol is and, well, life for me is just going to be like a box of chocolates for a while I guess......!

Look in the 'view' menu Wellie you should be able to select the toolbar you want to see there. if not I think refresh is f5.

Try and remember that puters are just menus of yes and no questions, hell you've got to be right 1/2 the time! don't let the palid nerds baffle you with technoterms. Its as simple as planting spuds, and they wouldn't know a chit from a spade on the lottie.

If you hover your mouse over the different symbols for a few seconds it shold show you what each symbol is for Wellie .

I'VE FOUND IT!!!!! Panic Over..... it was green, not orange, and it had moved from top left to top right.

You see, I'm not confident of exploring this thing when Trousers isn't around in case I get myself into somewhere I can't get out of.

Bit like trying to get the number half symbol that Hazel & Gardenplot were trying to teach me, but it didn't work for me, and then I get all cross.

However, just in case you need to help me, Trousers has changed us to btinternet.com and its Yahoo, allegedly, not google no more. Oh now I'm sounding as if I know what I'm talking about!

You can still use google to search the web Wellie. Just type Google into the search bar and ask Trousers to save that as your preferred search engine. or click on google in this message!
