I woke up to a lovely surprise from MrDDL - a lovely bunch of red roses and a card - I wasn't expecting anything! So a lovely start to the day. I'm cooking a special meal tonight - something with trout - going to check out our recipe section to see if there are any ideas! Have a lovely evening everyone! Bernie

Yikes, the vines full of sexless old harridans (said with tongue very firmly in cheek)

I was woken up to a lovely handmade card and a box of chocs from Mrs P who then went off to work.

After returning from a shopping expedition, there is awaiting for her a card, lots of flowers, the table laid, champagne on ice, a cracking Chateau D'Arsac breathing, steak (T bone) nicely prepped, lobster (for starter) ready to give his life to the cause, lots of candles and tee lights, both open fires lit.

I just need a scrub up now and I am all hers.

I got home from work this morning to find a romantic card and a huge bouquet of flowers waiting for me.
Bugger!! I forgot! I think Valentines day is a load of s***e but Jim sets store by it,so had to go out and buy a card and a chocolate heart etc.
Really, I would find it more romantic if he remembered to clean the bath behind him,or put the lav. seat down or even did the dishes on Valentine's night.
                      Good job I love him.!!!

Ohhh Wellie - hope its all sorted out real soon hon. Maybe he'll bring you lots of goodies home to say sorry??

We had a row Tuesday, then yesterday he brought home flowers saying 'oh, is it valentines day tomorrow, I'd forgotten, but here you go...' - hmmmmm!! And he's making steak in peppercorn sauce tonight, just hope he cleans the kitchen after him, not usually his forte!

So go on Wellie, give us a smile, we all love you
Life may not be the party we hoped for but since we're here we might as well dance
