Beefy is right: Inform the Moderators. Put the Spammer on your Ignore list (click on their name, view their public profile, then hit Ignore ~ you won't see any more of their messages or inane ramblings)

I'd like to take one of the keys from a tin of Spam and see if I could open the spammers up using it! Scourge of the earth - well, one of 'em.
