    I agree, Shorty, get down there for half an hour and just chat with your dad about your plans for the year - it'll make you feel a whole heap better hon.

    I think sometimes when we feel down we start making more excuses why we cant do things and so do even less which means we get even more down - make yourself get out there, even the short time will be worth it.

    And I'm there with the light deprivation blues thingy! Feel quite down, for no reason at all, but putting it down to lack of sunshine. Chin up all - spring is definitely on its way now, I see it getting lighter by about 5minutes a day when I leave work, so soon I won't need the headlights (she hopes!!).
    Life may not be the party we hoped for but since we're here we might as well dance

      Thanks guys.

      Well I ended up managing to change the afternoon docs appointment for another day so got down the lottie for about 4 hours with my Dad yeaaaaaa. Feel like I've managed to achieve lots down there too
