I've just been to Tesco and picked up the Lets Grow Veg Magazine, but it says it is issue 2 - have I missed the first one?

Has anyone managed to buy one from a Tesco Express (local) yet?

Not the brightest of decisions to give Tesco exclusive rights for this 1st mag of 2008 mini series.

If smaller Tescos don't stock I've a fair few miles round trip to do for little else other than acquiring said issue - not exactly the chosen size of carbon footprint I would want to make - let alone cost of petrol these days.

Who bought their magazine, I got the last one from New Malden Tescos. Did anyone else get theirs.

I bought one. Seeds are nice, free offers involve paying for P&P.
I got mine from a huge tesco's, but there was not many available for sale, think they were quite bulky on the shelf.

Was very expensive for what it was.

I figured that the seeds must be worth £7.99, plus as a complete newbie I need all the help/advice that I can get.

I know I'm a bit biased, but I thought the mag itself was really great. I'm sure Jeannine would love to hear what you all liked and disliked about that part of the package.

The seeds are worth about £15 (at their RRP) - it's a shame the packets don't have their individual prices on!

I wasnt overly impressed either, all the freebies involve buying things in order to get the freebie. Waste of money if u ask me. Cant beat GYO mag

Well if you look at Bens sticky above it is available Exclusively at Cohen’s

But also at WHSmiths, Sainsbury, Asda and Morrison.

I am going to Smiths and get the points....
