Is anyone else suffering non delivery of GYO magazine?

My june issue is 18 days late to date and I am told by subscription department that it will take another ten days to get me. Un-acceptable or what?:

Unfortunately your original copy which would have been posted to you at the beginning of May has gone astray in the postal system. Hence the need to reorder what is now known as a back issue for fulfillment purposes.

However if you email me your details today before 3pm I can send you a replacement today direct from the publisher.

This month I forgot it was May 1st until my magazine popped through the letterbox. My subscription has arrived each month with out problems. I am sure it is just a glitch in the postal service.
I subscribe to a newspaper as well and one week thought it hadn't arrived. After ringing up the supplier and being credited with an extra week, one of my neighbours brought it to the door as the postman had put it through their letterbox. My neighbour took a week to pop it round, so I had two copies. I had been out and bought a replacement copy.

Sure your delivery problems are all with the post Fred We have constant problems here from mail which just never arrives to just put through any door. I feel as if I'm never off the phone to our local sorting office. You should let your sorting office know about any problems as if they're not reported they just don't know there is a problem. They seem to employ so many short term contract people now instead of regular post men. Recently one of ours was dismissed for just throwing the mail away - including some very important documents I was waiting for. Never recovered and I had a good deal of trouble and expense to get them replaced. Sorry for the rant but I'm still annoyed about it.

I am obvioulsy one of the luckier ones, as my postie managed to deliver a package that had my name, village name and England written on it sent from Thailand! Have always made a point of popping my head out the door and passing the time of day with them when they come round. Maybe that has made a difference.

No I am not to blame for the rest of the post round being late before you lot start!!!!
