Must be travelling down the country - just felt it a couple of mins ago. Scared the sh*t out of me to be honest - sounded like someone was rattling the door!!

You've put my mind at rest, thank you!!

Crikey, never felt anything like it! I thought the house was going to fall down.

I've had the radio on since it happened and it sounds like it was the whole of Lincolnshire.
I was feeling part of the scenery
I walked right out of the machinery
My heart going boom boom boom
"Hey" he said "Grab your things
I've come to take you home."

yup 4.7.. epicenter 30 miles south of hull, to the north east of Lincoln. We felt it too, and we're in Manchester. It felt stronger, to me, than the 2002 one in Dudley (and i was in Birmingham at the time of that) but i'm not about to quibble with scientists.. maybe its to do with the type of rock the different homes were built on, or even the different types of homes (1970s flat vs 19thC terraced coronationstreet type house).

We had it in leicester.. shook us out of bed. Cats very upset. watching breakfast news at the mo. think the epicenter was Gainsborough in Linc's. hope you all still have chimneys.

Radio 2 has just said it was a 5.3. the epicentre was in Market Rasen. I felt it in Coventry. My wardrobes started rattleing.
