I spoke to soon, chucking it down now, cold and wet and my laptop won't fire up.

I hope that rain of yours isn't coming our way Andrew! It's quite sunny here at the moment & has been for a couple of days but it feels cold outside. On Bank Holiday Monday we sat in a pub eating a ploughman's & watching the rain/hail chuck it down outside the window! The rain gauge on my weather station shows we had about 2.5 ins. of rain in May which doesn't sound a lot but certainly felt like it.
Into every life a little rain must fall.

Heard on the weather forecast it's been the wettest May for 20 years. I believe it.

Sunny now but the rain bank is moving south east from me, so I think you're in the clear!

Hey! Just checked the weather report and it reckons we are going to have sun here in East Anglia for the next two days!

They keep saying that we might have a 'flaming' June on the weather reports but it's cold & dull again here at the moment.Going on hols. for a week to Wales on the 10th & don't know whether to take jumpers, t-shirts, shorts or fleeces!

Well it is warmer, but no sign of the sun yet! At least it has not rained so far!

Warm and sunny today but still very windy. Doesn't seem to hold the garden back. Everything still seems to happen in its seasn.

Definately 3/4 degrees warmer, but thick mist and rain Apparently next Friday is supposed to be nice here, then it deteriorates again. Great!

More going than coming at the moment, judging by the shrivelled deid ones that are in my pots at the moment.
