i asked in my post replying to yours as above to explain your reply, simple really, i don't need sarcastic links to cartoons, thanks anyway. seeing as though your so interested in stephen whoever, what's your opinion on 'zero point energy or the quantum vacuum flux?' personally, i can back up what i'm talking about, (i don't post unless i know what i'm talking about, click on any threads i have started if you have the time) unlike yourself who decides to come onto threads and say its bollocks! I asked for thoughts not to be slated, thanks for that, personally I would have more respect for ppl posting and not just say its bollocks (or at least I would refine my english) and be more polite so to speak and not reply to threads just to slate someone for believing in something other ppl may not. thought this was the whole point of being grown up and mature, take care

I think its a great excuse for the goverments of the world to use money to "investigate" ufo's when it's actually being used for other purposes like spying , secret torture prison camps ,chemical weapons and other "black "projects.
You gotta love the good ole U Sof A though. Even though Area 51 can be plainly seen on Google Earth they still refuse to admit that it exist's.

Coincidence - I don't think so .They tried to scare the American public shi**ess so that they could use more and more money to develop more and more hi-tech weaponry (just like the F17 and the B2).

it ain't just the USA! its also the UK and many more! going off track if you want to scare ppl try 911! they don't investigate them cos they say 'its not of defence significance.' project 'blue book' was made public to make them think they were doing something about it, which Dr J Allen Hynek was a member of.

Does anyone really imagine that if any life form(and yes there is every chance they exist) had the ability and inclination to traverse the vastness of space, and they were to arrive a planet populated by an intelligent(hrmmm-debateable) people; they would do a quick orbit, or drop into a farmer's field and make pretty patterns then just go home again?

This is getting a bit emotive guys - chill, chill...

We can all appreciate there are folks that think the subject of UFO's is for nutters and fruitcakes, but please respect Mrsc2b's viewpoints. This subject does attract some people of questionable psychological stability, but none the less, the universe is huge, has many parallels and to assume we are alone would be as I said earlier, arrogant.

A UFO is an unidentified flying object - not uniquely a spaceship from another world/ universe or existence.

There might well have been extra terrestrial contact with the ancients, we (joe public) will never know. We can only speculate and debate until the proof is blatantly infront of us. But, think of this: The 'superpowers' need a common enemy to keep the people focused... Since the end of the Cold War, what type of movies were released? Space based disaster movies... Then the War on Terrorism was invented. Whilst we are arguing about UFO's, green men and zapper guns as previously posted - they might be amongst us already... Stealing our resources, assimilating our bodies... Seriously!
