"Ouch ouch ouch" or something like that. I suffer from a weak ankle as well so I know how painfull it can be. I wrecked mine playing rugby and tug of war when I was younger and now have to watch every move I make.I find that a good pair of boots that gives your ankle support is about the best that you can do for it and be carefull how you put weight on it .
You could always put a "guilt trip " on your boss and see if they would dig your lottie for you
There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore and who always will. Don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it in your future.
hope its better soon, don't be tempted to go out and do any digging too early, let it heal. i hurt my back 2 years ago (agony) and it is still weak in that spot, but i do rest it for a few days if it flares up, i've have learned the hard way unfortunately, take care and rest
You poor thing I hope it doesn't take too long to heal.
I was feeling part of the scenery
I walked right out of the machinery
My heart going boom boom boom
"Hey" he said "Grab your things
I've come to take you home."
