Because you'd have to pay at least £25 to park for the day in the centre, making a total of 33 quid if you pay the congestion charge as well.

Parking at hillingdon =£3 plus 4 adults on the tube (£28)= £31

Even without the congestion charge, you would use at least a gallon of petrol to get from the M40 to the centre and back, reducing the difference to pennies or less.

aha! gotcha. This is (one reason) why I don't have a car - too dozy to remember you have to pay to park it and buy petrol

Car parking available during the show

I have a couple of safe and quiet parking spaces available over the period of the show.

The Chelsea Flower show is 1.4 miles away and there is a bus every 2 minutes. About 30 minutes walk

I'm basing the cost on £15 per day at the moment but please contact me with the amount of time you need it for.

I can advise on getting from the parking to your destination.

Taxis can be arranged if required.

Congestion charge does not apply to this area.
