  • Kind offer

My daughter (trolley-dollie for BA) has kindly offered to get me seed from the various countries she visits.

Problem, no idea what to ask for, this is only my second season with an allotment.
    Any help/advice welcome.

Ps, I'm more than willing to share what ever i get. with other grapes.

I think there are rules about transporting seeds internationally.

Then again, I think that calling people dude is right and proper.

DEFRA website has info on what can / can't be brought in from other countries. Info on bringing seeds into UK
As to what would be good seeds to get I am not sure but am sure other grapes will have plenty of advice.

        About seeds the leaflet says

ANOTHER EU COUNTRY? You may bring in any plants or plant products provided they were grown in these countries. (See page 2 for list of included countries)

CERTAIN NON-EU COUNTRIES AND COUNTRIES IN THE EURO-MEDITERRANEAN AREA? The following applies: SEEDS (not potato) must be retail packets (certain seeds are unrestricted*)
        Max 5 pkts

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES? The following applies: SEEDS (not potato) must be retail packets (certain seeds are unrestricted*)
        Max 5 pkts

Dunno, some of the trollie dollie's I've had recently have been far from good.
