Bird boxes with cameras

We've had great tits nesting a a ordinary box just near the back window for the past three years and now want to be able to nosy into the box. So, I'm considering getting one of those bird boxes with an integral camera for himself's birthday. You can watch what's going on on your telly - or maybe also on computer??

They're pretty pricey so I was wondering if anyone had one, or knew anyone who does who could give me some feedback on which type to go for, or, maybe more importantly, which not to go for.
