  • It's a Boy...well it will be.

My daughter went for a scan today and discovered that her baby is a boy. My other daughter asked what both her children would be, but this one didn't want to know. It seems though that these days scan pictures are so clear that it's hard to miss (especially if they have the extra bit). Still it's easier as now we can buy/knit appropriate things and so much nicer that we can say He instead of It. Now we just have to persuade her OH that his favourite names for a boy (Jack and Daniel) might not be the best idea if given together.
Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.

Congratulations bluemoon, apparently they can do "3-D" scans these days!?

All this talk of knitting makes me think of the Shredded Wheat advert - sorry.

Congrats Bluemoon. I think one of my friends done either a 3 or 4D scan - looked really good BUT they are about £300+. You can see the baby's features and even see the baby sucking its thumb

Congrats from me too. My sisters stepdaughter had a video of her baby in the womb it was expensive but spooky.

then maybe the name Damien wouldn't be such a good idea either
I'd rather regret the things i've done than regret not doing them at all.

My daughter is expecting her second girl in July - very exciting - and yes, it's nice to know even though we didn't. First grandchild knows she's getting a sister - good thing because she doesn't like boys! That'll change I reckon!

Congratulations to you all. Isn't being a grandmother so much more enjoyable than just being a mum?
