Because I just got back from the Dr's, seeing about my horrible flaky, sore hands After 8 months of different creams & ointments, I finally got to see a specialist today, and I'm hopeful that the new prescription (Dermovate) will have some affect!
(Apparently it's a form of psoriasis, and not contact dermatitis which they previously thought)

Last night I was too pooped, having pushed TWO tricycles back up t'hill on way home from Hannahs dance class down in t'village - see even talking like a northern country bumpkin now!! (would have helped if Daniel hadnt kept steering in diff direction to his sister - I must have looked really funny with two trikes going in diff directions, arms outstretched!)

Today I am trying to ignore the lovely weather outside as I am meant to be on a whole work day (only day I dont have either of kids at home (inlc hubby - LOL)). I have got quite a bit done towards a commision I am doing which has to be done sometime in the next three weeks luckily else I would be panicking by now! I am awaiting a call back from a local news reporter about the craft marquee I am organising for Wellingboroughs carnival in July. Then I will be off to give some advice to some students on how to display their product on a stall - glass etched coasters I believe. Then it will be off to the library, then pick kids up, then to docs as both have coughs, then get dinner ready, then them to bed so that leaves only from about 8pm - lucky really GW isnt on else what would I do!!!

Phew Tammy!! I'm sitting here in the office gazing longingly out of the window and wondering what the weather will be doing in 3or 4 hours when I get of here. Will I have to zoom past the lottie in the thunder and pouring rain like yesterday or will I be able to stop a while ??
Life may not be the party we hoped for but since we're here we might as well dance

OK - ALL EXCUSES/REASONS ACCEPTED. I really was just being a bit provocative I suppose.

Oh yes, FD - good to get a bit of a reaction now and again, gets the debates going.

Well it's Friday night and I'm pooped from looking after my (mostly) adorable grandchildren all week. I was hoping to get to the lottie for a full day on Saturday, but son-in-law informed me that he's agreed to work tomorrow and daughter later phoned to say that she'd agreed to work too, so it looks like Nanny's got the kids again.......Ah well, at least Monday's a holiday, and the forecast is good too.
Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.

Have been busy doing my veg boxes all day, also managed to water the P/Tunnel (takes an hour and a half twice a day - but should get mains water very soon), sow 150m of Radish Long White Icicle, 150m Beetroot Moneta and another 160m Pea kelvedon Wonder.
I'm off to take photos for my wife's magazine shortly, then home, changed and off to my night job as a bouncer. Home at 2a.m., get stuff ready for local Farmers Market, leave at 6 am to water tunnel before going to market, back in afternoon...... well, you get the picture !!
