LadyWayne's just changed over "whilst the adverts are on" to t'Apprentice too.

That said, we've just switched back as it's "the boring bit" of t'Apprentice.

                Yip, with you on that.

Unsurprisingly very little fruit and veg included in the diets - what I like to refer to as brown diets (all the food is brown in varying shades).

A mother is just making her son (the fat teenager - for fat see mahoosive) a sandwich and she asked if he wanted "yellow cheese" what the chuff is yellow cheese for crying out loud!?

"Easy on the mustard" seems to mean only half the tub rather than the whole thing...

God, i am fat..............(after 3 kids, two of them twins) and not looking after myself properly - but NOT THAT FAT!!!!!!!!!

So now i am growing my own veg etc, in order to get thinner (already lost 2.5 stone in the last year)

Sorry but it annoys me that they think they have the right to have expensive surgery, the dr didnt shove the burgers down their throats!!!!!!! a minor rant is now over!!

good on ya squashysu* for losing 2½ stone already.

I'm not sure these people have 'expensive surgery' tho, I doubt any of them (at that size) are working and I have a feeling that the hospital is a charity - but I may be wrong. The Doc is amazing, so kind and unjudgemental - I'd struggle to not say 'get off ya lardy tush and move it' - bad of me, I know.

I watched the programme a while back with Half Ton Mom**, sadly she died after a couple weeks

I was sickened to see a four-month old baby being fed a burger

*do you know how hard it is to type out your name in the right order at this early o'clock

** not our Mom - obviously

I didnt see the program but when i was pregnant i swore i would never be 'fat' I see people that I went to school with and i think how did you get like that. I am not saying that over the years i havent put on weight cos i have, and i am probably a bit overweight now. I am not having a go at people that are overweight they have their reasons my OH being one of them he could do with loosing weight he went to the doctor a few years ago and apart from telling him to loose weight he didnt help him. OH used to swim 100 lengths of a pool near his works in his lunch hour but had to give up cos of his bad shoulder and has just started swimming again.
Diet and exercise is the answer but how many of us bother and before you know it the weight has crept on.
                            Gardening ..... begins with daybreak
                            and ends with backache

Well done you! - I am in the obese category and I hate that word and being the way I am but I too see this growing lark as a way of eating better and getting exercise - maybe we could chat and you could tell me some of your secrets one day.
