100% germination failure

Just wondering if anyone else tried to grow Orange Bell Peppers from T&M this year, I ordered some and split the pack with my mum in Kernow, we both sowed them at the same time, and along side various (19!!! ) other types of pepper/chilli.

I had no problem with germination rates from the other types but for this variety not a single one germinated, my mum had a similar result, did anyone else try these and if so did you get any to grow?

I have some seeds but hadn't sown any. Want me to do a germination test?

I had a free packet given me with some other seeds, there were 6 in there, and they all germinated. They were this year's seeds.

I had the same exact seeds (free) from T&M and had 100% germination. Been giving plants away for weeks now.

You must write/call to them and ask for a refund, the inside cover of their catalogue i'm looking at right now says all their products are covered by a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

Why not test that out.

I think you have a case for it since 2 of you shared the same seed and neither got germination. They can't say it's just you!

well the 100% satisfaction claim worked, i sent them an e-mail and witihin a few hours they replied, the email went that they pride themselves blah blah, and then the slightly patronising bit (telling me basically to read the instructions on the packet! ) but they have offered to replace them FOC. a bit late now for this year but at least they should still be ok for next.
