Just snaffled a rocky road and caramel frappe from Toton Tesco Starbucks; does that count!!! I had cream on the frappe [or whatever it is called - iced coffee thingy].

I've had a apple and custard pastry thingy this morning with the girls (every Friday its the same old routine, coffee, big fat cream cake, and exercising the chuckle muscles,) oooh the calories.

Can't abide battenberg - I'm sure that's why I hate to see pink and yellow together!
