News, hmm, well, ok! Drumroll please..................... I'm now a fully fledged, official non executive member of our allotment committee!!

T'was the AGM, and I found myself voted on before I could even register an objection! lol! (Mind you, I did get an agreement that if I was busy working, then Mr D could go in my place!

Completely pooped thanks. We got a load of thermalite blocks from freecycle and hope to use them in the garden as paths and chicken run/house bases. How's you doing?

Lol! Well, as long as I dont get lumbered with doing too much, 2 plots plus managing my own store is almost enough to break anyone, me included! Lol!

Got the greenhouse on the new plot planted up today, dug in a load of pony poo from the inherited compost bin, wonderful stuff!

Hi Scarey! Thanks, I think! As a non exec I think that means I dont have any responsibilities per se, but get lumbered with all the donkey work instead! Ah well, could be worse! Lol!

I'm a glutton for punishment too - I've agreed to help out/share my next door plot which belongs to an old chap undergoing chemo He's getting all stressed at seeing it overgrown, bless him
