nah - just can't bear to have a lovely free-range organic chuck for Sunday lunch and then throw away the remains without making it last for at least 10 more meals - well, maybe not ten, but you get my drift

I'd LOVE them to choose a real vegetable grower for a change. If you can grow veg you'll be ok with a few flowers, shrubs and fruit too. My quibble is when it's all new trends and ornamentals and none of the real thing that we, at least, are all here for. - FOOD!

Was watching her on a previous seasons GW (on Sky UKTV Gardens), she was much more relaxed and calm - I reckon its the GW director, getting her to 'ham it up', you can hear them 'excite me! exhude enthusiasm, we've got to grab their attention'!!! I'm waiting for the GW goes 'adversarial'!

Who was the gardener who did the house doctor programme with Anne Maurice? he seemed passionate about what he did and wasn't too in your face. He might make a good choice.

he would get my vote too, the guy seems down to earth yet passionate about plants. As for BF, find he can be a bit 'up himself' and RdT is trying too hard to be the Nigella of the gardening world
