HMS is Hypermobility Syndrome! i am extra bendy with very very flat feet! (and a size 8!!!) i am in a lot of pain constantly in my feet and ankles, hips and lower back, and had major surgery on one ankle and waiting for the other to be done! (not nice) basically - i will try and describe one odd movement i have ha ha !

You must do this now in the office its funny - stand up and put your feet at total 90 degee angles and then put the backs of your knees together (no gaps allowed) you then have to walk! basically i can position my feet pointing the other way to my body (slightly backwards) and still walk, its very very lax, but painful, ligaments and joints! Something you live with so the crocs are ideal, i would wear flip flops all day, but people take the pee out of the way i walk with huge flat feet ha ha !

    Hope you enjoyed your exercise!

You mean you're related to Charlie Chaplin, he used to walk like that!

Seriously though, now you mention it there are a few people on here with HMS as I remember. Doesn't sound like much fun at all. I think Sarzwix has it, and she's blogged about it (I could be way off - apologies if I am Sarz).

I must have a form of the opposite condition - my muscles seem predetermined to seize up so I have to constantly do stretching exercises to avoid injury.

    Humean beans, ain't we great?

I am quite ashamed and at the same time proud to say that bookworm is the only game I have ever paid for to play.....I love it!

Would never pay again, a reg code is always available elsewhere, but at the time I had ended my free trial and so wanted to continue.....ahhh the power of the popcap
