Am I really the only one who gets excited
Even my children think I'm slightly crazed at this time of year!!! I don't watch the previews or the (dreadful idea) semi finals but I can't wait for tomorrow night.....
I even put off visitors until Sunday!

When I was a kid (many moons ago) we used to watch it every year. Now I can't see the attraction, but OH and daughter spend 'quality time' watching together. It's nice to see them in harmony, just lately there's been a bit of friction (almost 16 year old girl and tactless dad!)

I could not live without a garden, it is my place to unwind and recover, to marvel at the power of all growing things, even weeds!

I don't really watch it now - too mush hassle and stress and hurrumphing from OH who can't bear it, but when I was younger I used to hold Eurovision parties and we all used to do our own voting and everything. Was very funny, that was in the days when most foreign countries would sing in their native tongue. Nowadays they get marked down in this house if they sing in English (unles it is Britain obviously)

                  Those were the days *sigh*

I love it, the more dodgy the better and we've had some rough ones lately, a transvestite, and a group of rocking klingons winning. No wonder we can't win it, we should be putting the members of Big Brother up for it instead. How about Kate price and Peter Andre, now there's a winning formula.

The only chance we will ever have of winning again is if we have a meteor attack and as a country we get moved and become a balkan country!. We unfortunately pee off our neighbours a little too often, to get any mutual back scratching, and lets be honest thats what its all about. I think you shouldn't be able to vote for your immediate neighbours aswell as yourself.

Camp as a row of pink satin tents.

Not my bag at all - plus we have a load of friends round to entertain.

Terry is amusing, but even he couldn't get me to watch it I'm afraid.

Now you've slipped up there dude, you should be having a Eurovision Party, with pimms, and fancy dress. If you're gonna watch it, it should be a bit tongue in cheek, and with plenty of alcohol. It has always worked for el tel.

My brother has all the camp genes, and he has enough for all of Europe! Dinner's a pre-holiday thing for all of use going away together in September, just to make sure we don't kill each other when we're out there.

Ah. So now we know who is actually watching the thing. I thought it went away with Miss World, Arctic Roll and swirly brown carpets.
