Saw it t'other night and they had people showing what they could do with their bodies. Trinny did this horrible thing with her shoulder blades - I thought she was a man! Used to like her, but she looks like she's had "work" done.

Not sure I'd be willing to get any part of me out in front of miwyuns of people though, not particularly comfortable with any part of my anatomy. Maybe my feet...

Practise makes us a little better, it doesn't make us perfect.

Doesn't that Gok Wan bloke on C4 do this already?

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

No, he pretends to be gay so he can fondle ladies boobs (or "bangers" as he calls them infernally).

Trinny & Susannah fondle each other to appeal to the thespian fantasy that blokes have.

Won't be watching, they don't float my boat, apart from the time Clarkson gave them a real challenge.
I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

watched some of it last night, hubby was going to bed as had work at 1am this morning but then then about 15 pairs of naked boobs were displayed so he stayed up and watched it, i tackeled the washing so missed the end (cheaper lecky) at night and then straight on line this morning so no tumbled dryer needed my bit for pocket and enviroment.

Personally I would rather look at Mrs Chillimads Boobs, but the concept of getting everyone together in there birthday suits does have an interest to me, always have thought about becoming a naturalist but never really had the guts, maybee Trinny and Susannah will get more of us to accept that maybee WE are the normal ones, the ones with the extra few inches around the waist from drinking too much homebrew, and not the surgically modified screen males and females that so many of the younger generation like to TRY and be

So if natural is best, with all the hangy-outy bits that women have, why are Nuts/FHM/Loaded/the Sun etc etc not full of 'natural' women?

Men "demand" fit young naked female flesh (in films, magazines etc). Young women feel under pressure to "supply" fit young naked flesh. Ergo, body image crisis, eating disorders, general misery.

sorry to go a bit political there. And don't all tell me I'm wrong ... the Sun doesn't sell millions for its intellectual writing, and Jordan hasn't become a millionairess on her personality

No but, the intellectual is not the main reader of the sun either is it.

I don't buy papers full of lies, freebies are good though, good for fires.

I would rather hold onto something Natural rather than fake, I Mean if I wanted to hold on to silicone I would buy silicone, If I wanted to look at something poisoned I would look for snails and not women who had had botox injections.

Just my opinion, and as for The Sun, and the other magazines, well never bought the sun or any of the other mags mentioned,, I used to buy H&E years ago,, and that was full of naturals, and they had a good sale of that particular mag.

The same reason that Grazia/Hello/Company etc are full of "buff" men.

Chippendales and alike wouldn't do so well if they all looked like me - despite what they showed on The Full Monty! According to a recent survey most women when asked look for a sense of humour as an attractive trait in a man. Yet stand Peter Kay next to David Beckham and see who gets chosen first.

Mens toiletries and grooming products is one of the fastest growing industries in the UK, and cosmetic surgery is increasing in young men as the try to attain the "ideal" body/image.

Eating disorders for males are also on the increase - at quite an alarming rate apparently.

I agree with your comments TS, but body image is not exclusive to the female form. However, it is far more acceptable for women to talk about a lot of the issues it raises, and there are far more support networks for them to do so.
