Squashysu, there will always be contradictions to the rule, but could I suggest that you are probably not their typical target audience. They do have a very large readership I grant you, but the paper might be more readily found on a building site, than tucked under the arm of a city gent.

I knew when I said the comment I might well offend someone, but I do like to generalise, and I am generally by nature an argumentative grumpy git, sorry.

Seriously no offence taken, sometimes i think people are "stereotyped", i for one am, i went to one of the worst schools in Luton (ask Heywayne!!) i have lived in two of the roughest areas (one being on the news some years ago for riots!!), i read The Sun and like programmes like BB!!!! lol!!

People sometimes judge, but i am polite, my kids are polite, i live in a nice area and i dont judge a book by its cover or what they like or dont like.

Each to their own, i just think sometimes that people ridicule others too quickly, there are comments on here about the people that like such things that i like and they arent pleasant, saying that everyone has their own opinion and if you think i am a twerp for liking BB and BGT, The Apprentice etc, etc then what can i do.

I like this site as there is a huge mixture of people with different interests and views and a wealth of experience and knowledge. I so hope that I would never seriously call someone a "thug" for liking football, everyone can stand in line and thump me lol!!

Seriously though, no offence is taken at all, I am who I am and if people dont like it then whoops!

Cor i better get off my soap box now and keep get some study done for my teaching degree!!!!!!

Amazing though - from Shirls being about 4 months pregnant, I started to put on weight!!

Cool squashysu, there's nought wrong with the apprentice, my head says that Sir Alan has put claire and lee together because they were the strongest two candidates, and most likely to win the final challenge. I think the winner is coming from that pair.

ha ha ha - you made me giggle - i cant wait to be a teacher, but i will only work with the young ones as the older they get the worse they get (can you tell i live with two 7 year olds and a 13 year old lol)!!

Now I was down the allotment at about 9.30, slug patrol, and I was very happy only to find about 10 tonight for the snip, I wandered around my neighbours plot after, and found myself happily chopping up his slugs too, poor dabs lettuces were getting a real hammering until I arrived.
