MrsC2b, you really should put out a mercy call to all the parents, and grandparents, to see if anyone has any seed grown annuals spare at home, or perennial divisions you can use. As the others have said, you're not likely to get flowering plants from things sown now Also put as much TLC into the battered plants as you can - cut them back to a leaf joint and see if they resprout if they're really damaged. I had a tray of geraniums which fell off the bench & got a bit bashed & broken but most of them are growing away ok now.
Good luck, and if all else fails, fill the spaces with any/all veggies you have!

Thanks all, not being ignorant, back online after 5 days of no phone, therefore, no broadband eeeeekk! Didn't realise I would miss it that much! Sarzwix, I know i'm grasping at straws sowing something now, maybe I was in a panic. I have today checked the French Marigolds and Calendula that were damaged and yes hurray I have a few flower buds! pheewwww!

Sorry to bore you. We have:-
2 small veg beds with peas, spring onions, rocket and mixed salad leaves, also, spinach, carrots and beetroot, also a couple of large courgettes and bush toms, also radish in pots.
In pots up canes from seeds we have sweet peas (just budding) and nasturtiums, californian poppies (nowhere near flowering) along with nigella and teddy bear sunflowers, anagallis and poached egg plant. From school garden, rudbeckia, geranium and various wildflowers. We have also grown a gro-bag from seed and I've no idea what is in there (although flowering) also lady's mantle.
Herbs - coriander, basil, parsley, dill from seed. From school garden - purple sage, lavender, pineapple mint, chocolate mint (thanks shirlthegirl), oregano, thyme, chives and lemon balm.
Flowers - from seed - French Marigold, Calendula, Californian Poppy and various alpines from school garden.
Ornamental grasses also.
I've lost count now, need to write everything down, along with all the bird boxes, windchimes etc etc and artwork, bit mad really! I know I've missed lots out! oh ps - potatoes (seed - Nadine in pots)
