  • Been so tired last few days

Thought is was just the result of three busy weekends in a row, but no, started coughing and nose dripping today, good old summer cold Hopefully it won't hang about too long, just go four weeks to the end of term and got loads to do in that time, so could do without being low with a cold.
(doesn't help that I forgot my insulin at lunch time, so blood sugar is a tad high tonight)

A good night's sleep and PLENTY of water (not juice) usually does it. I actually had the sniffles on Monday, but it came and went the same day - at least, it was gone the next morning!

Oh and plenty of rest! Get well soon!

Hope you fel better soon Claire. As a ( now retired ) primary school teacher, I remember only too well what the summer term can do to you - tired anyway , then all the testing ,reports and meetings etc. Ugh!!!
Don't be afraid to have a couple of days off if you still feel rough!!
