Oooh, inspiration to do a quick shop en route home tonight - pack a backpack for the morning and be ready for an early foray (perhaps with or perhaps without OH and toddler - depending on who wakes up when).

Rug in boot, backpack filled with nappies and sunscreen, squash plants ready to plant - ok need to get out soup from freezer, flask, pack of mini jaffa cakes, apples; replace seeds in lottie bag (didn't want to wet them on Wed) and harvest bag; and go buy liquids, eggs, rashers, bread.

Had a quick few slices of that 50/50 bread laden with a thick dollop of Marmite this morning before and 8 o'clock meeting.

Off down to the pub at lunch for my usual burger and a pint-o-black.

A brussels sprout plant had appeared from a stick that the pigeons kindly left
I ate a purple podded pea, well the pod was full of peas - so several actually
To find only one voicemail for me on return

Fun! Lucky madam! I had a trip to the dentist this morning. Just to the hygienist - put on yer sunglasses while I SMILE!
2 builders working on the shed/garage combo while I've been out. Funny thing - some of what they did last time they were here is no UN-done? Two septs back. showery now - not much chance of gardening.

Two hours doen the plot. Envy, envy!
