  • Finished my first scrapbook card - what do you think?

This is for a customers parents ruby wedding anniversary on Monday. I just have a page to do with a sound of music theme, add the date somewhere and then I am done. Phew! Would love to know what you think. Sorry photos arent very good.

Lots of work gone into that. Love the old photos. Well done you.

Do you superglue the kids to the wall while you do that?

Now you know why I havent had any time to "play" make cards since Jan! I have to pay for Daniel to be at playschool all day on a Friday and so that gives me my "working" day.

Hope my customer likes it, (she is collecting Sunday eve) I am getting nervous now!

It looks fantastic, haven't made cards properly for ages, need more time in the day for it, as can't make them under pressure

That's a mini-book! - way beyond a card! It looks really good, well done. I'm sure she will be very pleased with it - I worry too when doing a commission, but you've put such alot of work into it, it looks great!

Thank you for all your messages of support. My customer absolutely loved it. £10 very well earnt I think. I still have two other similar cards to do for her, two 1st anniversary cards, for end July and end August AND she asked me to do another card now too! She if def my best customer apart from Olivers Mum and she doesnt really count as she is family! Funnily enough Olivers Mum gave me (without realising) one of my all time favourite cards that I have ever made, for my birthday last week - I was well chuffed. Only got one given to me that I made thought, I can remember that a couple of years back Oliver recieved 7 that I had made, all from different people! - now that is embarasing.
